It is a glorious Monday morning! Time to get the week started off with a smile and a little encouragement. I was honored to have a guest post thefathereffect.com this past week. If you don't know anything about The Father Effect, simply put, it is a ministry, a book, and a movement aimed at building better fathers and healing those who have bad relationships with their fathers. That's just giving you a quick snapshot. I highly recommend that you check out the site and see all the ministry arms.
I am blessed to have a great father and a good relationship with him. However, I know that is not the case for many. With that said, as men, we can still all commit to being the type of father that is going to instill confidence, integrity, and Godliness into our children. The Father Effect has a project called Encouraging Dads. Encouraging Dads is an effort to have authors and bloggers share positive stories about fathers, giving men something to shoot for, rather than settling for the normal expectations of society.
If you have a minute, take a look. You can also read my story HERE.
