I love YouVersion. Its the best app on my phone....hands down! Over the past week, I did one of the devotional plans called C.S. Lewis & Joy. It contained reading plans from the book Shadowlands and Songs of Light. Author, Kevin Ott sank into a deep depression after the loss of a family member, but was reminded of God's true joy through some of the books of C.S. Lewis. His perspective is powerful as he pulls great scripture to focus on in reminding the Christian of the joy in having a quiet place to spend time with the Lord.
I encourage you to check out this plan, but most of all....check out YouVersion if you haven't already. We check our phones so much during the day. Why not get in the habit of clicking on the Bible app and being encouraged on a consistent basis?
